Mission My husband Brian and I are 2002 graduates of XINNIX MORTGAGE ACADEMY and have dedicated ourselves to providing an experience that everyone purchasing or refinancing a home should receive. We moved back home from Atlanta, Georgia to work with our family at Mortgage Team 1, Inc. While in Atlanta we worked for Homestar Mortgage Services (now known as OPTEUM MORTGAGE), one of the Nations top lenders in the mortgage industry. Our mission is to bring a sense of excellence to the Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi mortgage industries by utilizing our comprehensive product knowledge and providing each customer with solutions to their home buying needs. Brian and I are dedicated and will provide each customer with 100% of our efforts. Successful completion of more than 90 courses, 400 hours of training and a rigorous four hour certification exam is required to earn the XCO designation from XINNIX, the nation's premier mortgage academy.
